  • When do the tours run?

    Our tours are available almost every day of the year apart from Christmas, Boxing Day & Good Friday. Get in touch with your tour date request and we will get back to your ASAP regarding availability. The tours run in all weather conditions and all seasons.

    Occasionally in the event of heavy snow or rainfall, we may need to alter our route or adjust the tour as some unsealed access roads may be closed.

  • How many people on each tour

    Our bus can cater for a private group of 6-11 guests. If you have a bigger group let us know, we will make sure everyone gets a seat on the tour.

    Are you a solo travellers or small group? We run open tour which allow multiple parties to travel together! Please note public tours require a minimum of 4 guests to depart.

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Sip the Snowies & most of our venues are dog friendly. Dogs can only be accommodated for private group tours with prior request. You are responsible for your dog & its behaviour on the day, so please ensure they bring their manners & don’t forget to bring the poop bags!

  • What is included?

    All tours include;

    Accommodation pick up and drop off, transport, pre-arranged bookings, your local guide & designated driver, water on board & good banter.

    Depending on the venues we visit & tour selected you will enjoy a variety of different inclusions. Check each tour description for specific inclusions.

    We usually find our guests like to cover their own lunch & additional drinks on the day as this gives more flexibility to choose what and when you eat. However the following tours include lunch;

    If you would like to include a pre-arranged lunch spot or additional nibbles or sweets in your package this can be quoted & arranged easily before the day!

    Check the tour inclusions for each tour on our tours page. Non-alcholic options are available at each stop.

  • Where does the tour start & end?

    Our tours include pick up from your local accommodation. At the conclusion of the tour we can drop you home or to a venue or restaurant of your choice if you wish continue the festivities.

    Jindabyne has a variety of great bars & restaurants, if you need a recommendation just ask & we will gladly make a booking for you.

    If you are staying more than 15 minutes outside of Jindabyne we may charge a pick up fee which will be discussed upon booking.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Visit our terms and conditions page for full terms & conditions of the tours including cancellation.

    A non refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure private tour bookings, with the balance being due 14 days after the booking has been confirmed. Cancellations within 30 days of the tour date will result in cancellation fees being applied.

    Fees for public & non-private tour bookings will be paid on booking & cancellations within 30 days of the tour date will result in cancellation fees being applied.

    Credits will be available in some circumstances & any significant changes to bookings may result in an administration fee being applied.

    To ensure complete protection you may wish to explore personal travel insurance.

  • Can I BYO drinks?

    Unfortunately, you can’t BYO, but there will be plenty of opportunities to wet your whistle on the tour with a variety of delicious beverages.

    Jen is an experienced hospitality professional and holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate & all venues visited practice the responsible service of alcohol.

  • Can kids attend the tours?

    Yes! We can accommodate big and little kids on tour. We have multiple car seat fittings in the tour bus, you will just need to BYO car seat, unless previously arranged. Kids travel on tour for $75 and will enjoy a meal & drink at one venue.

  • What if I don't drink alcohol?

    We have a great range of tours, all include an opportunity for an alcoholic beverage (we are driving after all), however the tours offer fantastic sightseeing experience & all of our venues have fantastic non-alcoholic options on top of their unforgettable surroundings. Some tours do include more tastings than others, be we can adapt as required to suit each guest, we will not pressure you or encourage you to drink more than you desire.   • Special occasions & events

    Our tours have been designed with fun in mind. If you are booking a tour to celebrate a special event & would like to organise decorations or intend to be in fancy dress, let us know. We’d love to get involved and help bring your ideas to life any way we can.
